Shahi Paneer Recipe

Ingredients Required
4 tablespoon mustard oil
2 tablespoon coriander powder
20 ml amul cream
1/2 tablespoon kasturi methi
300 gm chopped onion
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
50 gram AMUL butter
1 tablespoon redchill kashmiri powder
2 tablespoon gram masala
1 Tablespoon Ginger -Garlic
3 finely chopped Green Chilli
300gm Paneer Cube

Directions
1-Take Pressure Cooker and Add 4- 5 tablespoon mustard oil
2- Add chopped Green chilli , Cumin seeds, Gralic on heated oil in cooker or pan
3 – Add Chopped Onion in pan , wait till onion color change on redish brown
4-Add 1- spoon Turmeric Powder, 1 – Red Chilli Powder , 2-spoon coriander powder, 2- Spoon Garam Masala and fry till oil start get separed.
5-Add little amount of water , Chopped Tomato and Paneer Cubes put for cooker closed for 5 min
6 – After 5 min Add Cream , Granish with kasturi metti.
**At serving time add butter for butterry taste
